General Information

Cancellations:

Colloquium registration cancellations processed online or received in writing by November 13, 2020 will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after November 13, but registration substitutions are allowed. Please note that a separate cancellation policy exists for sponsorship.

Multimedia Policy:

In consideration for being able to attend APG Colloquium 2020, all attendees hereby grant to America's Physician Groups, its licensees, and third party contractors, full and complete irrevocable permission, without reservation or restriction, to photograph, record, or both, all attendees at the conference, and to use said photograph(s), recording(s), and likeness in any manner in connection with the conference or any America's Physician Groups-related matter without any compensation, benefit, or notice to them.
